How do I place an order?

Please reach out to our sales team, who will provide you with a price list for our products. Once you have selected the desired items and specified the order quantity, our sales team will send you a proforma invoice. Upon confirmation of the invoice, your order will be successfully placed.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for each SKU is 1 box, which may contain 20, 60, or 80 pieces depending on the item.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments in USD via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and in RMB via AliPay.

How long does it take to prepare the goods after I make the payment?

Typically, it takes 1 - 2 weeks to prepare the goods. If the items happen to be fully stocked, they can be shipped on the same day that the order is placed.

How do you ship the goods?

① If you have engaged the services of a forwarder (shipping agent) in China, we will ship the goods to your designated warehouse in China.
② We can ship the goods directly from our factory to your country, if needed.

What is the difference between sea shipping, air shipping, train shipping and courier?

① Sea shipping is the transportation of goods by cargo ships, used for large and heavy shipments over long distances.
② Air shipping uses airplanes for time-sensitive or high-value goods.
③ Train shipping uses rail networks for long-distance transportation and can be cost-effective.
④ Courier services specialize in transporting small packages using various modes of transportation for quick delivery of time-sensitive or high-value items.
